Our first training of the season. Come out, meet the team and learn more about rugby.
Rookies and Vets are expected to attend in order to give those new to the game, or those with some rust to shake off, a quality training experience to get the ball rolling.
We will cover some of the basic drills we do each practice and outline our basic attack/defense philosophies. Looking forward to seeing you guys out there on Saturday and kicking off our 2010-2020 season.
